The Cortiina Hotel is a distinctive one and a must for design lovers and sensualists. It is the result of one of Munich’s most inspired partnerships – that of gastronome Rudi Kull and architect Albert Weinzierl. the Cortiina is situated in the idyllic heart of the city’s old town, neighbored by cultural venues such as Munich’s opera house. A sanctuary of refined design, with its feng shui inspired ambiance, the Cortiina’s aesthetic is one of relaxed elegance and soothing minimalism. Regional materials such as stone pine, bronze, linen and bog oak coalesce in each guestroom’s harmonious arrangement, underscored by warm, mood-enhancing hues of deep crimsons and rich earth tones. The sun terrace offers picturesque views of the city’s most historic rooftops. This urban retreat offers a soothing elegance that’s strongly connected to the Bavarian capital’s local scene.

The Cortiina is located in the heart of Munich, between the opera, Marienplatz and the Viktualienmarkt. The hotel is located 3 minutes by foot from the S-Bahn stops of Marienplatz or Isartor .

Encompassing 75 rooms spread across the hotel’s main building, a rear wing and a more recently added apartment wing, the Cortiina’s aesthetic is one of relaxed elegance and soothing minimalism. Natural stone tiling in the bathrooms. Fresh flowers in every room. Dark oak furnishings creating a feeling of wellbeing.The rooms and suites of the Cortiina Hotel feature free Sky TV channels, DVD players, and 2 telephone lines with mailbox function. The hotel also offers 3 Cosy (smaller) single rooms with the same amenities as the regular single rooms. It also has single rooms in the apartment building (20 sq m)

  • Cortiina Deluxe Double rooms

    Deluxe Rooms are located in the main building and offer plenty of space. The sophisticated design of the bathroom offers views of the spacious living and sleeping area. Pure natural rubber mattresses and unbleached cotton sheets bring extraordinary comfort, Stone pine furnishings preserve a healthy sleep. The interior combines comfort, lifestyle and design elements and is the perfect retreat for cosmopolitans from all over the world. Some of the rooms are furthermore equipped with a state of the art kitchenette. Size – between 35sqm - 45 sq m

  • Cortiina Superior rooms

    Located in the loft of the apartment, the Cortiina superior rooms offer plenty space to relax. The sophisticated design of the bathroom offers views of the spacious living and sleeping area.  Dark oak furnishings and natural stone tiling create a feeling of well being, pure natural rubber mattresses and unbleached cotton sheets bring extraordinary comfort.   • Junior Suite

    Located in the apartment building, the junior suites offer spacious accommodation. The sophisticated design of the bathroom offers views of the spacious living and sleeping area.     Suites are divided into a separate sleeping and living area with an extra guest bathroom and a walk in closet. The lounge is the perfect spot for a relaxed afternoon, while a large desk provides enough space to work comfortably. The open bathroom sparks another highlight – its very own Whirlpool. While called business suite, it is for couples only as the room has an open plan bathroom. Size – 60 sqm.

  • Two Bedroom Suite

    The 2 Bedroom Suites facing the quiet courtyard offer additional space through two separate bedrooms as well as a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen on a total area of 60 sqm. Two separate bedrooms with bathtub and raindrop shower ensure the greatest comfort possible.
