One & Only Reethi Rah, Maldives, is an exclusive all-villa retreat offering unique privacy and unparalleled sophistication. The resort offers a dizzying array of facilities and activities including 12 white-sand beaches and turquoise bays, a traditional Dhoni boat to explore nearby reefs with an opportunity to spot hawksbill turtles, a full service fitness centre and a range of water sports including big game fishing. Plus, they feature and expansive dive centre, a FIFA certified football pitch, rock climbing and more. The One & Only Spa by ESPA offers holistic spa journeys and treatments and even has a Japanese style Onsen and an overwater yoga pavillion. The spacious luxury villas, some with private outdoor pools, each with ocean views and generous private verandas, are discreetly placed amid beautiful landscaping either directly on the beach or on walkway over the Indian Ocean. Location

One & Only Reethi Rah is located in Maldives’ North Male Atoll. It  is a 1-hour, 15-minute luxury yacht ride or a 45-minute speedboat ride from Male International Airport.

One & Only Reethi Rah offers 130 private thatch-roofed villas (all with terrazzo bathtubs for two) well separated along the shore, either on the beach secluded by lush tropical greenery, or set above the clear, protected waters of the lagoon. Designed in an elegant contemporary style, these are among the largest resort villas in the world. All accommodation includes a 24-hour Dedicated Villa Host and a packing and unpacking service as well as a Private bar personalised with guest selections.

  • Beach Villas

    Enjoy direct views of the ocean and a private stretch of beach from the bed. Beach Villas feature either one King-size or two Queen-size beds, oversized bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, and a 26m² veranda offering a versatile exterior living space. Size – 135m²/1,453ft.

  • Beach Villa with pool

    A private outdoor pool (23m²/248ft²), an outdoor dining area and daybed shaded by tropical trees and stretching towards the ocean adds to the allure of the Beach Villas. In addition to the versatile exterior living space, Beach Villas with Pool feature either one King-size or two Queen-size beds, oversized tub and indoor and outdoor showers.   • Water Villa

    These villas are the same size as the Beach Villas, and feature netted wraparound hammocks suspended over the water on the outer rim of the deck allowing for breezy sunbathing or relaxing stargazing. Size: 149m²/1,603ft²

  • Water Villas with pool

    This secluded Villa lets one soak in the warm sun in private pool overlooking the ocean. The bedroom opens to the sea, while living space is light, bright and airy, and the lofty bathroom reveals a rainwater shower as well as a deep-bottomed bathtub. Naturally inspired and beautifully understated, the décor embraces the Maldives' way of life. Size: 149m²/1,603ft²

  • Grand Water villas with pool

    Surrounded by 33m² of chic decking ideal for outdoor relaxation and dining, each of these spectacular villas sitting on stilts over the Indian Ocean offers 23m² private infinity pool, platforms for sun beds, and a 13m²/140ft² private pool. Size - 241m²/2,594ft²

  • Grand Beach Villa

    One&Only Reethi Rah’s largest villas, the Grand Beach Villas are nestled in the island’s natural greenery and have a private stretch of beach. Astounding interior space offers one or two bedrooms, separate dining and sitting room, and a spacious bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub designed for two. Shady verandas, ideal for al fresco dining, provide a generous outdoor seating area, a private pool (50m²/538ft²), and canopied day bed. (One-bedroom 260m²/2,798ft²; Two-bedroom 322m²/3,465ft²) 

  • Two villa residence with pool

    Ideal for families, Duplex Beach Villa Pool consist of two Beach Villas, five metres apart, joined by an external walkway. An expanse of private shoreline stretches directly onto the white sand and inviting waters of the beach. One villa features a King-size bed, the other offers two Queen-size beds. The Two-Villa Residence With Pool is screened by abundant greenery, offering as much – or as little – privacy as required. Each has an outdoor shower and veranda. Size: 300m²/3,228/ft²

  • Grand Residence

    Three bedrooms across two separate villas, multiple living and dining spaces and oversized bathrooms give plenty of room to stretch out. One villa hosts two bedrooms with a king-size bed, and two queen-size beds, respectively. The second villa is a private haven with a king-size master bedroom.  Showcasing our Maldives resort’s heritage-inspired architecture, the Grand Residence is exquisitely styled in honey-hued wood and natural stone, with exposed vaulted ceilings across the large Maldives residence. A personal butler service and personal chef available upon request, for a seamless stay.
