Pretty Beach House is a small exclusive retreat, with just four beautiful wood-panelled pavilions with private plunge pools. This intimate, luxurious retreat sit above the village of Pretty Beach with sweeping views of the bay below.  The Main House, situated at the heart of the property, has an atrium style dining and lounging area, intimate cocktail bar, wine cellar, open fireplace plus infinity pool and deck. Pretty Beach house prides itself on culinary offering under the influence of chef Stefano Manfredi. There are several dining options available including the atrium dining room, privately within your own pavilion, in the wine cellar or al fresco on the landscaped property. They also have an extensive range of premium wines which have been carefully selected to complement the gastronomic experience. This is a place of quiet and of warmth, with spectacular views where one can immerse in nature and return home rejuvenated and re-energised.

Rooms

Pretty Beach House has 4 pavilions - Treetops, Bayview, Hideaway and The Retreat . All of them have spectacular views of the sparkling Brisbane Waters. The pavilions have king bedrooms with separate dressing rooms, open-plan sitting areas oriented to take advantage of the views, fully stocked bars and combustion log fireplaces. The dining and lounge areas and bathrooms lead on to private decks with day beds and heated plunge pools. Each pavilion can host upto two people, include all dining, open bar with premium wines, beers and spirits (not including the cellar list), pavilion mini-bar, unlimited WiFi, on-demand movies and mountain bike hire.

  • Bayview pavillion

    This intimate and sophisticated one-bedroom, split-level pavilion boasts a luxurious king-size bed and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. There’s a wood-burning fireplace, luxurious bathroom with heated flooring, heated plunge pool and outdoor double day bed. 110 sqm

  • Treetops Pavilion

    Set high up on top of the main residence, this is the penthouse pavilion. The luxurious one-bedroom space is complete with a king-size bed and stunning views across the sparkling waters of the Bouddi bay. Relax on the double day bed of your private balcony with sheer flowing curtains and an outdoor fire pit. There is a large walk-through robe and luxurious travertine bathroom, a magnificent copper bath and heated flooring. This pavilion overlooks the deck area and the communal infinity pool of the main house. 95sqm

  • Hideaway pavillion

    This one-bedroom romantic hideaway boasts luxurious interiors and a lounge area with a king-size bed, a wood-burning fireplace and huge walk-through wardrobe. The luxurious bathroom has a gorgeous black cast-iron slipper bath, heated flooring and twin showers. A large private outdoor deck houses a double day bed and a heated private plunge pool. This pavilion overlooks the deck area and the communal infinity pool of the main house. 140 sqm

  • The Retreat

    The Retreat is the largest of the four pavilions. This superb lodge is spread over two levels, offering a separate living space upstairs with wood-burning fireplace and powder room. Downstairs is a generously sized bedroom with king-size bed and a luxury bathroom with heated flooring, a freestanding bath and separate rain shower. Outside is your heated plunge pool, double day bed and expansive private patio with bay and escarpment views. 160 sqm
