Overview

The Beaux-Arts boutique NoMad hotel has been designed by the internationally acclaimed French designer Jacques Garcia and therefore has a Parisian feel to it, yet with a distinct New York sensibility. This glamorous hotel has 168 spacious rooms, especially by New York standards, with views of the Empire State and Flatiron Buildings.  The high-ceilinged lobby is a highlight with all the original detailing intact. The hotel is as well known for its opulent décor as it is for its top notch food by well known chefs Daniel Humm and Will Guidara. There are several dining and drinking options at the hotel including an atrium restaurant, a cosy library lounge and the Nomad Bar. It also has a 200-year-old fireplace imported from France. In addition, it offers rooftop as well as private dining options.  The hotel also houses the Parisian ultra chic boutique Maison Kitsuné. 

Location

The hotel is located north of Madison Square Park on the corner of Broadway and 28th Street in Manhattan New York. Ideally situated between the East and West sides of the City, the hotel is convenient to most areas, including SoHo, Greenwich Village and the meatpacking district. 

Rooms

The NoMad hotel accommodates 168 rooms. They have have a chic Parisian apartment feel to them, also because the rooms are spacious, with the smallest one at 340 sq ft. The rooms have views of the hotels Atrium or New York City including the Empire State and Flatiron Buildings. The bathrooms have walk in showers and separate water closets in most rooms, and several rooms are spacious enough to house a freestanding clawfoot bathtub. The bathrooms have Moroccan Argan amenities by Côté Bastide. The rooms have leather chairs, reclaimed hardwood flooring, handmade vintage rugs and curated art, all adding to the eclectically designed apartment feel. Other mod cons include wi-fi, HD television, a fully stocked Minibar and an iHome docking station.

  • Classic rooms

    The entry level rooms at the hotel are spacious and overlook the hotels Atrium. Furnished in Sferra linens and with an embossed leather headboard, these rooms also have a beautiful mahogany writing desk, most with a club chair custom artwork. The bathrooms have an oversized shower. Size 340 sq feet.

  • Atelier

    This is a spacious room with a King bed and bright city views. Most rooms come with a freestanding clawfoot bathtub and separate water closet, and oversized walk in shower. They also have a Mahogany writing desk, custom artwork, a fully stocked minibar and a hand-knotted vintage rug. Size 370 sq feet.

  • Salon

    The salon room is different from Atelier in that it has a separate seating area, making it a large room. The views are of the hotels’ beautiful atrium. All other amenities and décor remain the same. Size: 440 sq ft

  • Grande

    The Grande rooms are large rooms with a King bed and bright city views over Broadway. Facilities include a mahogany writing desk and club chair, travel-themed artwork and a fully stocked minibar. These rooms have a walk-in shower with separate water closet, with most rooms offering a freestanding clawfoot bathtub. Size 400 sq ft.

  • Suite

    This spacious suites comes with a King bedroom and separate living room. It has beautiful oversized panoramic bay windows with views over Broadway and 28th street. Amenities include a mahogany writing desk and club chair, travel-themed artwork, a fully stocked minibar and a hand-knotted vintage rug. The bathroom has both an oversized shower and a claw-foot tub. Size 725 sq ft

  • Nomad Suite

    The ultra spacious NoMad Suite includes a living room and dining room. It is located in the heart of the hotel. The six-fixture bathroom includes a walk-in shower, freestanding clawfoot bathtub and a separate water closet. It also includes all the other facilities and amenities. Size 1100 sq ft.

  • Suite Royale

    Overlooking the Flatiron district and Broadway, this beautiful two-floor premiere suite at the NoMad hotel also houses an open private 65sq m terrace.  The luxurious suite includes a spacious living room, dining room and bedroom, and custom furnishings and amenities. The Suite Royale includes an oversized, six-fixture bathroom with walk-in shower, clawfoot bathtub and separate water closet. Size 1800 sq feet including the terrace
