Located near Mayfair and Belgravia in one of the most upscale neighbourhoods in London, the Metropolitan by Como has a contemporary, understated design. and offers luxurious boutique accommodation with minimalist yet spacious rooms and suites, apartment stay options, the holistic Shambala Spa and one of the best concierge services in the city. For dining options, the hotel offers the members only stylish Met Bar, the London edition of the world renowned Nobu’s restaurant offering Japanesh-Peruvian cuisine and the casual light-filled lobby and glass-roofed White Room for light bites. The hotel also offers a private dining option. 

Location

Located on Park Lake, the Metropolitan London is a 5 minute walk from Hyde Park Tube station in the heart of London. Alternatively, it is a 45 minute taxi ride from London Heathrow airport.

The 144 rooms and suites at the Metropolitan by Como are sleek, contemporary and serene, offering views of Hyde Park or Mayfair. The rooms feature walls of glass, soft white furnishings coupled and suede upholstery with coffees, creams and plum accents, pure Egyptian cotton linen together with High-tech details and Asian-inspired furniture. Flooded with natural light and boasting sleek, wooden panelling, these rooms are a haven from the hustle and bustle of London.

  • Deluxe City room

    A large number of Deluxe City Rooms offer views of Mayfair and London’s landmarks seep in through the large windows as you relax into a curved mikado yellow armchair, with windows dressed in elegant silver striped curtains. There is a large work area in a pale walnut, and a modern bathroom in cream stone tiles. The king-size beds seem to float above the light tones of the carpets. Size – 33 Sqm

    These spacious rooms have some of the most memorable views of the Royal Parks offered by any modern hotel in London. They feature a king sized bed, a large des , a seating area and an ensuite with a bathtub and walk in shower.     With full-length windows overlooking Hyde Park and some have balconies, these spacious, open-plan oversized studios boast beautiful views. The rooms are elegant, uncluttered and light-filled spaces also have, in addition to the other amenities, generous sitting areas and large plasma screen TVs. Metropolitan Park Rooms can interconnect with Park Suites. Size – 33 sqm

    All the three Junior City Suites, with views of Mayfair and London’s landmarks permeate into these loft-like Suites, providing a sense of the character that comes from our Park Lane location. An open-plan suite, boasting cantilevered walnut desks and our intuitive media hub, makes city living easy, generous bathrooms including dual basins. Size – 44 sqm The city studio rooms have an open plan concept. These spacious rooms have a seating and dining area as well as a generous walk in wardrobe. The rooms have king sized beds, flat screen TV, a CD juke box and film library, a DVD library and a minibar. Size – 44 Sq m

  • Junior Park Suite

    The park suites are spacious, and light filled and come with stunning views of Hyde Park, both from the bedroom as well as the sitting area from the full-length windows and a small balcony. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the sitting area has a comfortable sofa with a large desk space. Park Suites can easily connect to the Metropolitan Rooms to accommodate families. Size – 35 sqm

    The Park Suite at Metropolitan by COMO is a luxurious accommodation option offered by the hotel chain COMO Hotels and Resorts.     Our City Suites, with views of Mayfair and London’s landmarks, are furnished with pale and dark contrasts between soft furnishings and natural timber. With a separate bedroom and living room, these large spaces have an L-shaped sofa as your relaxation area, and space for intimate in-room dining. A generous bathroom features both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Size – 44 sqm

  • Metropolitan Suite

    The Metropolitan Suite is the perfect confluence between luxury apartment living and five-star hotel service. Peppered with the design and amenities of the other rooms and suites, this spacious suite also features a dining table for four. A floor to ceiling mirrored sliding door opens up to your bedroom, where the king-size bed appears to float on a timber base, off-set by the velvety barley yellow headboard and bronzed mirrors at either side. A separate guest washroom is located near the entrance to the suite. Size – 53 sqm

  • Penthouse Suite

    As soon as you step into the Penthouse Suite your eyes will be drawn to the expansive windows, opening up to glorious Park Lane and the city beyond.     The Como Suite features a king-size bed, draped with Egyptian cotton, the centrepiece of a grand bedroom. A spacious bathroom gives enviable Hyde Park views, which can be seen while relaxing in the luxurious bath or from the large walk-in shower.
