Tucked away in a secluded enclave, the Nizuc Resort & Spa is set within a paradise of protected mangroves and lush foliage, facing the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, surrounded by the region's natural wonders & archaeological sites. It features a soothing innovative design that perfectly blends typical Mexican character and Mayan heritage by using calming neutrals and natural materials.

The resort offers 274 luxurious and spacious sun-filled rooms and suites featuring terraces and tropical gardens while the private villas include infinity pools spread throughout the 29-acres property. The resort has multiple pools, two tennis courts and 8,500 square feet of event and meeting space. It offers six world-class restaurants which offer a variety of authentic dining experiences. It features a 30,000-square-foot Nizuc Spa by ESPA, which has 12 treatment rooms and suites, a spa café, a meditation garden, and a signature thermal experience.

Location

Located along Cancun's Hotel Zone loop, the resort can be accessed by a 15 min drive (29 kms) from  Cancun International airport. The city centre can be accessed by a 25 min drive from the resort.

Rooms

The 274 lavish suites and villas are spread equally across 29 acres with breathtaking views over either the Caribbean or the verdant mangrove trees and water canal and provide a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Equipped with modern amenities these suites and villas feature a décor with dark woods, sleek surfaces, and thoughtful details. Many come with a private garden, private pool or plunge pool with cascade and an outdoor shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces and balconies in each room ensure all guests enjoy the fresh air and vistas of the Caribbean jungle or ocean. 

  • Ocean Suite

    Located at a walkable distance from the Nizuc beach, besides the main lobby these Ocean Suites are exclusively offered to adults above the age of 16. In all there are 44 such suites which comprise of one King Size Bed, plush bathroom with freestanding deep soaking tub and a Rainfall shower, State-of-the-art entertainment system with flat panel televisions in both bedroom and bathroom, fully stocked Minibar, Nespresso coffee maker and a complimentary Wifi.     The Garden View Double rooms at NIZUC Resort & Spa in Mexico offer a comfortable and stylish accommodation option for guests.   • Ocean View Deluxe King

    With the advantage of being located on the fifth floor of the Residence building this suite offers the most breath taking views of the ocean from its terrace. This suite too comprises of a floor to ceiling window and can accommodate up to 3 guests. (Size 75 sq. m).

  • Garden Junior Suite

    Equipped with a floor-to-ceiling windows opening in the private terrace a plunge pool and a view of the mangroves the Garden suites come with a king size bed along with the option of rollaway bed, freestanding deep soaking tub along with Rainfall shower, State-of-the-art entertainment system with flat panel televisions in both bedroom and bathroom, fully stocked Minibar, Nespresso coffee maker and a complimentary Wifi. This suite can accommodate up to 3 guests and is an ideal option for a nuclear families. (Size 120 sq. m).

  • Garden Deluxe Suite

    The garden deluxe junior suite is a one bed room suite that comes with a king size bed and a separate living area with sofa, a floor to ceiling window opening onto two terraces with stunning views of the sparkling pool and the mangrove preserves.     The Penthouse is the highest category of suite, positioned in the fifth tier of the Residence building. The suite encompasses a floor to ceiling window and offers the most scenic views of the infinite ocean along with special feature of plunge pool and an outdoor shower with rest of the room amenities similar to that of other suites.   • Master Suite

    This expansive and opulent suite is the ultimate definition of luxury featuring a large one-bedroom suite with king size bed, separate living area with sofa, a dining area, floor-to-ceiling windows opening into the terrace and modern room amenities. Ideal for The Ocean View smaller families with members up to 3 in number, these suites can be connected with the Deluxe Double suites in order to accommodate more groups of smaller families.   • Private Pool Villa

    Spread across a large area with a short walk from the beach this expansive accommodation comprises of a bedroom suite surrounded by a private tropical garden, an infinity pool with an outdoor nature inspired shower, and basic contemporary room amenities with additional benefit of Butler service. (Size 225 sq. m).

  • Private Pool Pavilion Villa

    Set amidst a private garden along with an exceptional lounge pavilion connecting the suite bedroom, the Private Pool Pavilion Villa can accommodate upto 3 guests. Similar to the Private Pool Villa this villa too is posh in design and looks and well equipped with all the modern room amenities and private infinity pool with waterfalls. (Size 255 sq. m).

  • Nizuc Villa

  • Presidential Villa

    This villa is the epitome of luxury offering a magnificent accommodation featuring posh furniture, lush pool and ultra-modern amenities. The Presidential Villa encompasses a two-bedroom villa with an enormous interior space, a stunning 409 sq. ft. rooftop sundeck, and 2,271 sq. ft. of outdoor areas, including an expansive patio with space for entertaining and a stunning infinity pool in a lush tropical garden. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen size beds.
