The Upper House is a boutique hotel in Hong Kong by one of Asia's hottest designers, Andre Fu. The name Upper House indicates the upward journey from Queensway towards Pacific Place, elevating to a house of tranquillity above the city. Natural materials, distinctive sculptures, and original artwork by some of Asia’s finest artists all contribute to the intimate, inviting atmosphere of this Hong Kong luxury hotel. The Upper House is eco-friendly with paperless check in and the hotel car is energy efficient hybrid Lexus.

Location

The Upper house is located in a quiet residential area of Hong Kong Central, but minutes away from the bustle of the city. It is located on top of Pacific Place, the city’s premier shopping mall. It is a 40 minute drive from Hong Kong airport and a 10 minute walk from Star street.

The Upper House has 117 luxurious rooms, including 21 suites and 2 penthouses. Each guestroom features an iPod touch, a “maxi” bar, and wi-fi.

    The luxurious room offers a king size bed and a dual-temperature wine fridge. It features a spacious bathroom with TV, dressing area, walk-in rain shower, and a limestone bath with double vanities.     The Studio 70 Harbour room features a king bed and dual-temperature wine fridge. The spacious bathroom includes a TV, dressing area, walk-in rain shower, and limestone bath with double vanities.   • Penthouse

    High above the world below, the 2 Penthouses are an oasis of peace and calm, the ultimate in spacious luxury. They feature two bedrooms with king-size beds and dressing areas, a separate living room with concealed maxibar, and two bathrooms, each with double basins, a freestanding limestone-clad bath and a walk-in rain shower. The suites feature an inviting collection of cultural books, technology and treats. Cushions on window-sill platforms make perfect perching places to soak up the harbour sights and furniture is largely customised. They offer spectacular views of Hong Kong’s skyline and harbour.   • André Fu Suite

    The suite offers a magnificent Harbour View and is a one-bedroom suite which can accommodate 2 guests (+1 child). The suite also features a lavish , contemporary style dining table for 18 guests to enhance the luxury experience while overlooking the city. The suite has a pantry area with an oven and induction cooktop and comprises of André Fu Living furniture and tableware along with a spa area with twin massage beds to rejuvenate and relax. The room enhances André Fu’s original design intention to create a sophisticated and modern residence, the one-bedroom suite is a secluded space for guests to relax or entertain, adorned by a calming palette of mineral blue, dusty mink and pale ivory.
